About the speaker
Carol Loi is the International Director of Generations of Virtue, a ministry committed to teaching sexual wholeness and strengthening family relationships to transform culture. She is also the Director of the Singapore Regional Cohort for the Colson Fellows programme at the Colson Center for Christian Worldview. Carol is a certified digital wellness educator, a certified mental toughness coach and a Maxwell Leadership certified youth and family coach.
She has served in the Singapore public service for over two decades, including the Economic Development Board, Ministry of Education and Info-communications Media Development Authority. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, specialising in technology and human capital management. Carol and her husband are raising two young adults.

We will reflect on parenting styles such as gentle parenting and positive discipline, while emphasizing the importance of emotional literacy and mental health within the family. The discussion will also address the impact of social media and the need for balanced technology use, alongside the realities of work–life balance for parents. Grounded in non-negotiables like biblical values and Scripture, this conversation will consider how the church can come alongside and support millennial parents as they nurture resilient, Christ-centered families.
