In an age marked by constant change, digital noise, and rising anxiety among children and teens, parents today face unique and complex challenges. This session explores what it means to raise today’s “anxious generation” with wisdom, grace, and intentionality. We will reflect on parenting styles such as gentle parenting and positive discipline, while emphasizing the importance of emotional literacy and mental health within the family. The discussion will also address the impact of social media and the need for balanced technology use, alongside the realities of work–life balance for parents. Grounded in non-negotiables like biblical values and Scripture, this conversation will consider how the church can come alongside and support millennial parents as they nurture resilient, Christ-centered families.
