Rev Tay Li Ping is Pastor-in-Charge at Christalite Methodist Chapel. She has been married to Joseph, her college sweetheart, and an IT entrepreneur, for 24 years. They have eight children (four biological, one adopted and three foster) ranging in ages from under a year to 23 years. As a lay person, she was involved in Family Life Ministry including marriage mentoring and parenting courses. She sees parenting and foster parenting as both a challenge and a charge: a challenge that God uses to mould her as a disciple and a charge that God gives to shape the next generation for His glory and purposes
